CONCLUSION
Private University Act 1992 is a milestone in the history of education in Bangladesh. This has opened up opportunities for development in the field of education and research in the private sector as complementary to the efforts of the government. The deteriorating quality and discipline in the educational institutions call for immediate attention of all to eradicate the evils that are eroding the campus of many, if not all universities of the country. We have a sincere desire to be a partner of progress in this field and for this we need help-moral, technical and financial-in whatever way this is possible. The help and cooperation we have received so far have been inspiring. This healthy trend will hopefully continue and help us fulfill our commitment for health and welfare of the people.
